Developing an effective 30-day hospital readmission risk prediction model

Upgrade Center hits major milestone

Earlier this year, the Upgrade Center achieved a huge milestone by completing its 500th Millennium upgrade since inception in 2005. The Upgrade Center started with a small team of around 20 associates at our Oaks campus in Kansas City.
