Why Interoperability Must Be An Imperative

Patients Joining the Care Team Through “Co-Notes”

Dr. Joe Boyce, CIO/CMIO of Heartland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph, Missouri, started sharing notes with our patients over three years ago as a way to engage patients through the portal. Currently over 11,000 patients have the ability to use “co-notes,” if they want. Dr. Boyce joined the effort to include patients as members of the care team, arguably the most important member. Winona Health Honored as 2014 'Most Wired'

Shawnee Mission Medical Center sees value in Adventist Health System's conversion to RevCycle
