Money not main motivator for PQRI test participant

The University of Missouri is working with Cerner to test the feasibility of transmitting data directly from electronic medical records to the CMS through the Physician Quality Reporting Initiative. Both organizations are testing whether their systems can transmit data directly to the CMS in a way that allows doctors to receive financial incentives.
