Cerner Corp. funds research on UNM drug inhaler

Cerner is funding research at the University of New Mexico to develop a new, dry-powder inhaler into a marketable product. The device was developed jointly by the College of Pharmacy and the School of Engineering to improve the ability of inhalers to deliver drugs to the lungs.
