Cerner to Hold Annual Shareholders Meeting on May 26

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — May 18, 2006 — Cerner Corp. (NASDAQ: CERN) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 26 at 10:00 a.m. CDT.
