Cerner to Hold Annual Shareholders’ Meeting May 18
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — May 11, 2012 — Cerner is hosting its 2012 Shareholders’ Meeting on May 18. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. CT. An audio Webcast will be
available on Cerner’s Web site at www.cerner.com under the About Cerner section (click Investor
Relations, then Presentations and Webcasts). For those who cannot listen to the
live broadcast, a replay will be available shortly after the meeting.
