How Walmart is Engaging Consumers

I see two issues in health care today. The first is a major access challenge. There are too many barriers and too much friction for consumers related to the availability of basic health solutions. These access gaps range from information and guidance on health financing (insurance) to basic care services to basic therapeutic solutions. The second challenge is in simplifying health. The system makes it way too complex. Both of these challenges contribute to consumers’ lack of engagement in their own health. Jitin Asnaani and Bob Robke Talk CommonWell
